Job Title: Junior Web Developer (WordPress Page Builder) – Phoenix Metro Area (Remote)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer to assist with ongoing WordPress site updates and minor customizations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable cloning and modifying existing pages built with common page builders like Divi, Elementor, WPBakery, or Bold Builder.

This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week), ongoing role, with the potential for growth into a more advanced developer position. We prefer candidates based in Phoenix, AZ, or the surrounding metro area, as occasional in-person meetings may be required (i.e. quarterly team meeting).

Responsibilities:
Clone and modify existing WordPress pages using Divi, Elementor, or WPBakery.
Make minor design, content, and structural changes to pages as needed.
Ensure updates are mobile-friendly and maintain design consistency.
Perform basic troubleshooting of WordPress-related issues.
Work closely with the team to implement requested changes.

Requirements:
Located in Phoenix, AZ, or surrounding metro area.
Basic experience with WordPress and page builders (Divi, Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
Familiarity with basic HTML & CSS for minor styling tweaks.
Ability to follow instructions and replicate existing pages accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience with basic WordPress troubleshooting is a plus.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):
Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
Familiarity with basic SEO best practices.
Any experience with Headless WordPress, Astro.js, or JavaScript.

Compensation & Hours:
15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Estimated starting rate: $30-$40 per hour.
Potential for more hours, higher pay, and growth into a mid-level developer role.
